Mayor Aron Lam (2026)

Aron is a graduate of Liberty University’s Nursing program and completed a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy before beginning his nursing career. Aron moved to Colorado to pursue his career and was attracted to Colorado due to his love of outdoors. Aron and his wife Colleen choose Keenesburg to start their family due to the small-town feel, low crime rate, and wonderful community events.
Cindy Baumgartner, Mayor Pro-Tem (2026)

Cindy has lived in the Keenesburg and Roggen area for the last 55 years, moving here with her family in 1967 and finishing school at Weld Central. She then raised her family here with both here daughters graduating from Weld Central. She moved into Keenesburg in 1995 and became involved with the town shortly after. Lets all make this the best place to live for years to come.
Wilbur Wafel, (2024)

Wilbur and his wife Mary are long time residents of Keenesburg. They raised their two boys, Charlie and John here. They also have four grandchildren. Wilbur taught industrial arts in RE-3J School District for nine years and was an operator a natural gas plant for 20 years.

I have lived and owned my business, A Step Back in Time for 27 years. I care a great deal for Keenesburg and enjoy working with the Town Government.
