Utilities

The Town Hall front office prepares the monthly utility billing while the Public Works Department reads the water usage and maintains the meters. The Town of Keenesburg treats the water from six wells.

Water flowing through our system is tested on a regular basis. If you have any questions about your water usage, please contact Town Hall.

Are you new to the Town?  Do you need to set up your Water & Sewer service?  
Complete our Water/Sewer Application and submit to the Utility Department.  Application must be completed by the property owner.  If you are a landlord and you have a new tenant in your property please fill out the Rental/Tenant Information on the above application.   Billing can be sent to you and your tenant.  Please also provide a copy of a government issued ID along with the application.  

If you are a title company and you need to request a final for an upcoming closing, please call Utility Billing or email tokbilling@keenesburg.org. Please give us at least 72 hours’ notice before the closing date to get the meter read.
