Request an Inspection (online request)

Inspection Line:  800-282-8140  (phone request) This is a recorded line and requires you to leave a message requesting an inspection.  Inspections are usually done the next business day if called in by 3:00 p.m.  There is an additional charge for inspections on Saturday and Sunday, which requires a specific date at the time of the request. 

South East Weld Fire Protection District Inspection

All commercial new builds, additions, and remodels are required to obtain Fire District approval prior to issuing the building permit.   A set of building plans, by a design professional, will be required for this permit.  For more information contact the SE Weld Fire Protection District.  303-732-4203

Peddler's License is required for door to door sales.

Contractor's Licenses are not required by the Town of Keenesburg
